Ningbo Tongdi Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. has a set of 3,150ton hydraulic forging press machine, 7 sets of different class pneumatic hammer (below 3T), a set of 3T forging hammer and a set of 6T forging hammer. The main process equipment include: 5 meters and below, TQ2132 Type&1.2*9 meter deep hole drilling and boring machines, roll lathes, grinding machines, milling machines and more. We are equipped with new type heat treatment plants (12,000*3,000*2,500mm, 28 sets of mill furnaces of various specifications with the highest heating temperature of 1,300 centigrade).
What's More, tongdi imported a free forging machine set of 7,000Ton from Germany Wepuko Hydraulic Pressure Co., Ltd. in 2006 (this system including a set of 70MN hydraulic pressure forging machine, a set of sime oil pressure driven system designed and manufactured by Pahnke, actuating mechanism designed and manufactured by DDS using PE 2005 mechanical interlocking machine electronic control system with total value of RMB170, 000,000). This machine set will be the most advanced set in China, and the annual forging and production capacity could reach to 56,000 tons or above. Under this capacity, leading products in marine industry oriented in diesel engine crankshaft cover power, steel, landification, mechanism, navigation, automobiles and more. And the maximum capacity is flange dia. of 5.2 meters, forgeable piece length of 20 meters, and weight of 170 tons.
